The SPV e650 or HTC “Vox” has appeared in the April Orange catalogue.

They replied:

The SPV E650 is due to be lunched on our network during April, however, this date is subject to change. Please keep visiting www.orange.co.uk for further on this handset.

So that’s the latest info I have. Very wooly as usual.

Oranges version of the HTC Breeze/MTeoR is up on their swiss website, complete with a link to the getting started PDF.

Shame that video calling has been disabled, even the camera has been removed from the front.

If you’re getting blank contacts showing up when using MS Voice Command on WM5 then simply install OZVga hack, activate it, deactivate it and no more blank contacts!

Have you installed MS Voice Command and been annoyed you can’t use the button on your headset to trigger a voice command? Here’s how to fix it.

Install Voice Command to the default location.

 

1. Fire up a registry editor

 

2. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\?VoiceCommand

 

3. Modify the string marked “path” from the default \Windows\SDDialer.exe to \Program Files\Voice Command\VoiceCMD.exe

 

 

It won’t activate for me if the handset is close, ok open in both portrait and landscape mode, so possible to leave in portrait and in the case.
